What are Home Delivered Meals?
Home Delivered Meals are for individuals who qualify for Medicaid and have trouble preparing meals independently. These meals are nutritional for everyone and are sent to your doorstep.
Who Can Take Advantage Of Home-Delivered Meals?
Anyone who qualifies for Medicaid can take advantage of Home Delivered Meals and participate in the Community Care Services Program. The only thing needed is one of the other services offered by CCSP being utilized. Home Delivered Meals cannot be the only service used by the member.


What are the types of meals that are prepared ?
The type of meals prepared are dietitian designed to meet all of the
nutritional requirements each need. These meals can be low sodium, heart-friendly, gluten-free,
renal-friendly, vegetarian, diabetes-friendly, pureed, cancer support, or for general wellness. These
home-delivered meals are prepared with high-quality ingredients, delicious, and uncompromised in
food safety standards.
How to receive these services
